I have a phillips flat screen. I fell asleep watching it one night and woke up and it was off. Ever since then when I try to turn in on it wont come on and there is a whinding noise. I have unplugged the tv and tried to turn it on and still the same problem. I know the t.v. has mirrors in it but I don't know anything else about it. My neigbor said it sounded like a high voltage problem. I want to know if this is fixable and if so how do I do it?
