you need to download new drivers/software to upgrade your laptop/pc, i find the best way to do it is to log on to the manufacturer of your laptop/pc and look for support/software/downloads for your model, some manufacturers are very good with their support some have none at all! Dell are very good with their support for example, try and download a piece of software called "speccy" as this is a very good piece of software that tells you all you need to know about your laptop/pc! or driver doctor as this will tell you what drivers you need to upgrade and what ones are out of date, It will ask you to pay for the drivers but just look about the net and you will get the drivers for free! You need to update the driver for your laptop so that your webcam can function.

Goto system properties and click on imaging device.If the device is installed properly then you need to just install the webcam software.If you see a yellow question mark on your device then you need to install software driver for it to work.

Go to your control panel and click on Imaging device,right click on your webcam and click update driver software

This will update your driver and your webcam should work well again

You need to download the software for your webcam. Go to Lenovo Support website download the Easy capture software for the webcam. That should rectify your problem .Thanks

If I got it correctly you have a built in wireless bluetooth adapter but you did not get the software and possibly the driver either when you bought the laptop. If it is a a built-in bluetooth adapter then you need to look for your laptop manufacturer's site and find you laptop in the downloads section and you can download their own software and driver from the Vista section.

If you are using an outside dongle then almost for sure you'll be able to use BlueSoleil, though if you could not get the dongle recognized then you still need to find drivers to it. You can most likely download the Vista driver from the manufacturer's site.
