Allow it to work for some more time 2 hours and if there is no cooling at all, then your compressor needs a check. If the set is old can the gas have leaked off.?
These two factors must be checked out , the compressor and gas..

Kelvinator Cyclic 330 not getting cold enough

Empty the refigerator and freezer, unplug it for about 8 hours, leave freezer door open so it will completely defrost. Plug it back in for 4 hours and close doors before you fill it back up with food. If you have a thermometer, check the interior temperatures before you fill it back up. Refigerator should be around 42 degrees F.

I bought a danby fridge dff280wdb at an auction it was not plugged in but is new with all the tags . i had to lay it on it's back to bring it home but i let it stand for 3 hours before plugging it

I would suspect there is no refrigerant in the system any more. Sounds like there was a leak (hissing and odor). Not worth getting it fixed if that is the case.

Fridge is not keeping the food cold, water at the bottom of fridge, freezer is not as cold, still freezes things but takes a long time. This is a Kenmore 20 fridge, my guess is 15 years old.

unplug the fridge and leave the doors open for 48 hours, then see if your problem is gone 24 hours later after you plug it back in, if it is, your fridge needs to have a repair to the defrost side of things, most likely the defrost termination therm or the defrost timer, also make sure the drain under the evaporator is not plugged up

Not blowing cold air

unplugged the unit, kept the doors closed about 10 to 12 hours plugged back in and in about 2 hours started blowing cold air into freezer another 4 hours was blowing cold air into refrigerator and continuily got back to the themostat settings, about 1 day. no food was lost because the doors were closed still keeping it cold. i think the fan in the freezer was frozen with ice,but could access it, not the main fan in the back the unit by the compressor, that was running fine. so basically i defrosted the freezer fan by unplugging it. this is the 2nd time in 4 years ive done this, well it beats spending 1000-1500 dollars to replace it TRY IT I HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE,dave

We move my refrigerator and it was laid down for about 2 hours we plug it up when we got home now it won't get cold, how long will it take to start getting cold it been about 2 days now

It shuld never be layed down for transport or storage. 2 Hours is not a long time but you should have left it upright overnight before plugging in. turn it off for 24 hours. When you restart it it should be cooling in a few hours and at normal temp in 24-48. If not you may have damaged the compressor. (Assuming you hear it running)
