The music folder does not appear in Windows Media Player anymore when the MP3 player is connected to the computer. My cousins MP3 (same model) appears fine. What gives?

My playlists from sansa m250 disappeared but when i connected ..

When transfering the songs from computer to player. First, sync device before transfering. Only do this the very first time. If you try to sync with songs already on the player, they will be erased.

To test the device. Open your comuters music file folder, keep folder open, than go to start menu, go to my computer and open the folder (D: or F: folder) It will have your player listed there.

Now with both folders open, take a song from the music folder, drag it to the sansa folder and drop it in there. It should be added to player.

Loading music

There is an alternative to loading song onto your friends mp3 players like all players.

Many people find it difficult to sync there mp3 with windows media player, because it can be very annoying.

To get around this, First: Connect the mp3 player to your computer.

Next, got to my computer.

You should see the mp3 player in there as a removable disk,

Right-Click on the removable disk and select "explore"

This will open a window showing all unhidden files/folders in the mp3 player.

Leave the window open,... next find the music you want to add to the mp3 on your computer.

Windows Media Player music can be found in the my music folder.

Once you have discovered the music you want to add to the mp3 player, go to the mp3 player folder (removable disk).... there should be a folder in there labeled music.

From here on it's just a simple drag and drop process.

Select all the music file you want on the mp3 player from the my music folder, and move them inside the music folder found on your mp3.

Hope this help <(^_^)> thanxx

HOW DO YOU GET THE LIBARAY CHANGE TO DOWNLOAD THE SONG. IT'S ON MY WINDOWNS MEDIA PLAYER AND I CAN'T PUT THIS ON MY MP3 PLAYER.FROM WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER TO PC LIBARAY ON MY MP3 PLAYER

I to have so many problems with windows media player its a shame... but like all things there is a way around it.

If the music you are trying to put on the mp3 is in windows media player, then you'll need to track it down.. *note- not all removable media comply with windows media player*

If you are using a PC-- desktop, then finding the music should be simple, and found in the folder my music.

Once you have located the music you want to put on your mp3, you'll have to find your mp3 player.

The mp3 player should show up as a removable disk or storage in "my computer".

Once you have found your mp3 as a removable disk, right click it, then go to explore. This should open a folder containing the contents of your mp3 player.

You may see several folders in it, but the one you want to go to is of course music.

From here on its simple... the My Music folder on your computer should still be open.... also the music folder inside your mp3 folder should be open.

Drag and drop the music files from the my music folder to your mp3 folder... a notification and time of the transfer will appear.

When it is done... the music will be added to your mp3 player ..... this process can also be used vice versa, as in getting music from your mp3 to your computer.

Please notify me if there are any problems.. thanxx <(^_^)>

Need help in adding music without using media player or other software

Double click My Computer when your Sansa player is connected, double-click on the player, and then open the music folder - drag and drop. Personally, I find windows media player easier, but to each his own.
