I can't open bios of T30 ThinkPad IBM computer because I do not know bios passwords.I want to know way of open?

If you've forgotten the BIOS password, you'll have to check with IBM. Often, they have a way, usually a temp password like method that you can use to disable the BIOS password. for desktop systems, removing and reconnecting the coin-cell battery or a password reset jumper can be used, try to check the manual of your laptop if that applies to you as well.

I accidently removed the cmos battery of ibm thinkpad t30. After that error 0271: time and date setting appear then power on password show up. I failed to get into bios to change the time and date setting...
Removing the BIOS battery will not remove the BIOS password because the password is stored on an EEPROM chip. The password can be retrieved with difficulty, it requires you to build an EEPROM chip reader. For instructions to remove this password, please click on this link :-

Forgotten the BIOS password of IBM T30 Laptop
The BIOS password is configured from the BIOS setup and this password is stored on an EEPROM chip. There is no backdoor password available and IBM/Lenevo support says the motherboard needs to be replaced. Also removing the BIOS battery to discharge the BIOS and reset it to the default settings will not allow you to bypass this password. This also applies to the Power On Password and the Hard Disk Password.
There is a way to crack the password but you need electronic skills, electronic components and several programs plus a working computer to carry out this task.

BIOS password for IBM T30 Laptop
please you need to reset its bios. open the screws behind your laptop with keyboard icons to access your laptop cimos battery with care remove it for some time(3min), power on your laptop until it boots up. turn it off and put the battery back. the password will removed.

Go to your friend. Download and burn this cd http://www.9down.com/Hiren-s-BootCD-9-8-Keyboard-Patch-73110/
Boot your pc from it and use BIOS / CMOS Tools from it.
