That commonly happens when something a key is stuck. as you are having an issue with two keys the problem is likely dirt or moisture in the keyboard itself. as the f10 and 0 keys are near eachother and also near the edge of the keyboard I am leaning towards something being in the membraine of the keyboard itself. Laptop keyboards tend to be spot welded and or glued making them impossable to take apart and clean properly. if you cant get it cleaned with compressed air you would be best to find a replacement keyboard from the original manufacturer or an otherwise broken laptop from ebay.
