I have set my breo watch with the date and time as explained in the instructions, however the time remains the same and the seconds do not tick on. How do I get the watch to start ticking over?

You need some thing with quite a small point like a fairly sharp pencil
to depress the buttons fully. Just pressing the M button will display
the date, to adjust the date and time press the A button, first press
allows you to change the month, second press the date, third press the
hour and fourth press the minute. when you are on the one you want to
change use the M button to scroll through the numbers.

On the inside of the wrist band there are two small silver buttons. Press the top one using a straightend out paper clip until the hour flashes, then use the bottom button to change the hour. Press the top one again to get the minute to flash and the bottom one to change the minute. Then press the top one again.
