Ebay. Any V5000 full-featured AMD motherboard will work. There are several with very minor internal updates that really have no functional effect. Reconditioned is as good as new. Look at the connectors on the seller's photo to be sure you are getting the correct PC board. There are many confused eBay listings.
If you buy a used or reconditioned board, check the USB connectors before installing it. USB abuse and damage is a frequent problem.
Buying Hint: You may find that a damaged V5000 with a good motherboard is a better buy.
