"LX5 CORDLESS OPTICAL MOUSE" and "S510 KEYBOARD" are what I bought. I have a 2007 WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM with 32 bit Operating System. The computer goes bonkers crazy and can't control the side bar. When I work on Photoshop it makes my graphics go to the side all the way on their own so can't catch them to do work on them. Can't copy paste stuff b/c it won't allow me to highlight text. When writing it also goes crazy and wants to go all the way to the bottom of the page by itself. What can I do to fix it? :( Please help me.... I think it must be the driver. I used to use a driver which I downloaded online and a year ago I installed the one from the disk which came with the box when I bought the whole thing but the one from the disk (which is the original version it came with to install) seems to be worse! The whole thing is just unbearable and out of control. Please tell me what to do? Thanks in advance. Elle

Did you try checking the mouse settings via the control panel.

You should have some new software. In the logitech manager you will find a place to edit the mouse buttons.

SOURCE: Optical mouse moves all over the screen

possibly broken receaver or other interference.. try another usb port also turn the mouse off and on, and if it has a connect button reconnect it.

Bought a logitech wireless mouse..cannot get it to work...need drivers ..I have 32-bit vista....serial no of mouse is M-RBS136

If you go to logitech.com/support and type in the type of mouse you have they will give you downloads so you can choose the vista 32 bit software. Its nice software and the mouse should run fine.

Error states Spy Sweeper is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.

This from the Webroot Web site on supported operating systems:

Windows Vista® (32-bit versions of Home Basic, Premium, Business, or Ultimate), Vista SP1 (32- and 64 bit versions of (Home Basic, Premium, Business, or Ultimate).

So, assuming you have bought the latest Spysweeper (and assuming you have Vista 64 bit) , then you need to upgrade your Vista to SP1.
