Press the APPS key, select the Finance app, and then TVM_Solver.
For N, enter 5 * 1 2 for 5 monthly payments. For I%, enter 1 . 9 / 1 2 for the monthly interest rate. For PV, enter 1 8 0 0 0 for the present value of the loan. Make sure "END" is highlighted on the bottom line. Move the cursor to the "PMT" line and press ALPHA ENTER to compute the monthly payment. You'll get a negative number since this represents something you pay out.
What are the options you are referring to? On a TI8xPlus family of calculators, the option [1:finance] is part of the OS. It cannot be erased nor deleted. Any other application you transfer on the calculator will be listed after the [1:Finance]. What I suspect is that you or someone else erased the other applications. Just go to the education.ti.com and download what you need.

or take out a battery, this won't erase anything whatsoever as long as you have the factory back up battery in it, which unless you took it out, don't worry, you have it
I reccently had the same problem, but I have a Ti-84 Plus,and I am disgusted by how poorly this matter is covered by Texas Intruments. Esp. since the solution is rather simple.
The antilog key is [2nd] [log] or the 10^x. On your screen it should apear as 10^( and then you just input the value that you want to find the antilog of.
When used to solve pH problems remember to input the pH value as a negative number, since pH= -log[H+] then [H+]= antilog(-pH).
