Hello, after I installed Windows7 in my SONY VAIO VGN SZ440 the touchpad left of working. I installed the drivers of Windows Seen, but it didn't solve the problem. I tried to revert the situation formatting the machine and reinstalling Windows7 and, the blessed touchpad was crazy. HELP ME PLEASE.

Here is only drivers for windows vista, but the drivers sometimes work for windows 7.

Please select your windows system 32 or 64 bit.
And download one of the update programs.

Here is only drivers for windows vista.
But sometimes it work on windows 7
Aslong it`s a 32 bit system.
Here is no driver for the 64 bit system.

1. Try to reinstall the touchpad driver.
2. Check the settings of your touchpad.
3. Try to reinstall the OS.
4. If nothing works then it can be a hardware problem.

It's quite possible that Windows 7 does not "know" your webcam, so you need to install a webcam driver.
You can find all hardware drivers for your laptop here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=VGN-CS118E (under Camera section)

Just download and install your webcam driver (I advice to check if other device drivers are up to date too) then reboot and it should work.

If you are unable to download driver for windows 7 no prob just download the driver for windows vista and install it in windows 7 iam sure it will work. click on download to download the driver

install the laptops vga driver "DISPLAY". Search the model number in Google and add the word "drivers" after the model.

Try installing Sony Shared Library and Sony Notebook Utilities and check.
