Dometic RM 2652 Doesn't Cool smells of amonia

There is a recall on this product. Go to www.Dometic.com and look for the recall info...or try this link http://67.238.126.140/recall.php put in your model and serial number to see if yours if a recall...I believe it is and I have found the problems you are talking about at this website http://www.gasrefrigeration.net/Why%20they%20fail.htm. which is exactly why they are recalling this model refrigerator. Hope the links help...if not go to the first link and look for the recall page and you will be able to see if it applies to your rv refrigerator. Hope this helps!!!
