Your wii is freezing? If you have Virtual Console Games And they freeze there, i'd advise you turn off the wii then get one of those cooling fans. You can get them off www.ebay.com and use that the next time.

The Wii picture is freezing, and there is a loud buzzing sound. It happens with any game played at randum times, also when we are watching netflix streaming. It happens speraticly at no set time interval....
There is most likely a hardware issue with the Wii. Something in the Wii is dying. Issues like this can only be fixed by sending the Wii to Nintendo (after calling them) or finding a local store with a specialist who has experience taking apart and fixing Wiis.

My wii keep freezing
If the wii is sitting on the floor then it's overheating. It maybe be overheating anyway. Make sure it's sitting in it's silver base and that the vent in the back and the bottom are not plugged by dust. Also check that the fan in the back of wii is coming on.
