SM 8525492A whirlpool washer rinse cycle no water comes out, just hums

when the washer goes into rinse cycle it only uses cold water so clothes don't rinkle,so most likey you have a problem with your cold water,do this, shut down the water to the washer, remove the water lines from the back of washer and mark them so you know how they came off, stick the hoses into the washer if they reach or a bucket, turn on the cold water to see if water is coming out of hose,if water does come out of hose good then stick the cold water hose back on the washer and run it only on cold,if it doesn't fill then you know you have a problem with the water valve on the washer and it's not the house water valve that's bad,and usually if you have a problem with the washer water valve it will just hum and no water will enter the washer so if you hear a humming sound it will be the water valve.tried looking up the model number you sent but it doesn't come up on the parts lookup

WTW6600SW1 whirlpool cabrio washer keeps giving an F1 error, why??

Hello,

The F1 error means that water pressure into the washer is out of range...the control on the washer learns the water pressure coming in from when it was brand new it is capable of learning just the water pressure to your house since it will vary from your neighbors...after it has learned what the normal pressure is if it doesnt see that normal pressure coming into the washer it will throw up the F1 error code

What to check is if water is coming into the washer from the rubber fill hoses with as much pressure as always did...things that could cause lesser pressure is; kinked/crushed fill hose, sediment built up in the filter screens inside of the water inlet valve( can be checked by turning off water and removing hoses and pop screen out from the back of washer where the hoses connect to)

If the filter screens are clear and water seems to coming from the hoses with good pressure...the washer control board would need to be replaced

Have a old maytag want to know if its fixable for cheap model LAT8414AAE will final spin but no water is coming out yes the water is on and its getting power help!

when it goes into the final rinse the washer just uses cold water no matter what you have the setting on, start the washer and flip the setting to cold, does the water come into the washer?try it on hot and check that,if no water coming out on one of the settings do this shut the valve off to the water that feeds the washer, mark the hoses so you'll know where they went and disconnect them from the back of the washer, stick them into the washer or a sink or bucket and turn the water back on,if water is coming out of both hoses you'll know the trouble is just with the washer and i'd say the cold water solenoid on the water valve on the washer is bad and you'll need to replace the valve.

I have Kenmore washer. Anytime the selection is on cold, warm and cold, hot and cold the washer makes squicky noise and very little water come out even though both hot and cold water are open. the only...

from what you said it sounds like you have a problem with cold water coming into the machine, shut off the house water valve, remove the water lines off the back of the washer and mark them so you'll know where the connect when you put them back onto the washer, stick them in a backet or in the tub of the washer, turn the water on,if the water comes out strong then you have a problem with the water valve on the washer, see if you can pull out the screens out of the valve and clean them but most likely you'll need to replace the valve.if the water doesn't come out strong then you have a problem with the house water

Washer wont fill up during rinse cycle

all rinse cycles are filled with cold water to keep the clothes from wrinkling.set up the washer to run with just cold water.start it,if no water comes into washer, shut down your house water valve that fills the washer, take off the cold water hose, stick it in the washer or if there's a sink or where ever and turn on the water,if water comes out of the hose then you need a new water valve on the washer

Engine runs , not getting any water flow when trigger pressed.

Disconnect hoses.
Look for kink in water hose.
Check incoming water connection for filter washer
Replace filter washer
If you don't have a filter washer, put one in.
Hook up water, and turn on
Water should come out other side of pump.
Turn on machine.
Do you get pressured water out of pump.
If no pressure, then pump is suspect
Hook up washer hose without gun
Does pressure come out of washer hose
Finally, the gun trigger may be bad.

We had to buy guns now and then.
Search for pressure washer guns
Following link shows guns we used:

Water goes thru. have hydrulic oil to level. gun semas to stick on. NOT GETTING ANY PRESSURE AT NOSSEL.

Hydraulic oil?
Is this a pressure washer?
Pump should be half full of SAE20 or SAE30 non-detergent motor oil.
Engine should have 10W30 motor oil.

If you have a pressure washer ... and not water is coming out end of gun:
Take all hoses off machine.
Look at incoming water hose connection.
The should be a filter washer.
Clean or replace filter washer.
Hook up water and turn on water.
Water should come out other side of pump.
Turn on power washer and see if water coming out of pump is pressurized.
Now hook up pressure hose without gun.
Turn on pressure washer and see if water comes out of hose and is pressurized.
Finally, the gun may be bad.
We used to replace guns when they went bad.

Water comes out wash cycle good but slow at rinse cycle

do you mean filling the washer up or draining it out?i think you mean filling it up,on washers just the cold water is used to fill the washer on the rinse cycle, you can shut the water down and remove the cold water line and see if you can clean out the screen in the washer water valve, also while you have the hose off, stick it in the washer and open the valve to see how the pressure is,if it's coming out strong then the problem is in the washer and you should change the washer water valve,if it's coming out slowly then you have a problwm with the house water valve and need to change that out.let me know what you find
