I have a Vintage Select 120-bottle wine cooler. It runs and runs, freezing the wine. A local refrigeration repair company has identified the problem as the temperature probe/sensor. They have asked me to buy the part. How much and how do I order?

I have the same problem. my oster 12 bottle wine cooler was only six months old. the temp of the cooler won't drop. stay at least 80 F and up. Bestbuy don't even carry this product anymore.

the wine cooler has to be at least 3" away from the wall, do not block the air flow to the condenser. or check power plug to outlet is it secure.

Check the 2 fuses,one covered with black heat shrink, next see if internal fan is spinning, inside door, the 2 fans on the back should spin when first plugged in. also the 2 led's red and green should light up...if internal fan doesn't spin then check or replace, use batteries to get it to spin as a test...good luck,safety first...

just replace the 5amp fuse on circuit board with a 6.3amp. tada!
use an exacto knife to remove the shrink wrap on both ends of old fuse. heat ends with a soldering iron and pull away old fuse. solder new 20mm in line fuse holder from radio shack to both poles insert 6.3amp fuse and done. at least mine works again! $6.00 total cost!
