Question about Bose SoundDock digital music system Docking Station for iPod - White (35703)
Hi Christine, This is a common problem with the nano V. Have a good look inside the ipod connector with a spyglass to make sure there is no debris or foreign objects. The most likely cause is that you need a connector board upgrade. You can 'buy and try' one at no risk from Invebo.com. click here to see what is involved. Enter you dock serial number at www.invebo.com on the gold bar 'click here to access videos for your dock' They send an email detailing which version of dock hardware you have and if it needs an upgrade. You also get access to the diagnostic reosources.

Hi. Try to reset the Nano by pressing the middle button and menu at the same time. If same thing happened, i suggest you need to have your sounddock system checked with the manufacturer.
