I would suggest either the coolant has partially escaped and needs re-pressurising or the compressor is damaged. Both of these faults would result in the motor overheating and both would need the attention of a service engineer.
I am not familiar with Bosch but I do know that other brands use the defrost heater as a source for power to the compressor while running. If the heater is partially grounded it could cause this problem. If this is okay have your thought that maybe your RCD is going bad... just a thought
it may not be the freezer. ground fault recept. are known to go bad pretty regular. upplug freezer and see if it still trips. It doesn't take much to trip one, so look for something simple
