I take it you have use of another computer or the wifi is still working on your aspire 5630. This link has all the drivers for that make and model of laptop. Hope this gets everything back to normal again. http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/ftp/ftp.html

Network drivers missing

You will have to open up your network connections
Click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red x or a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ?
you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled.
Make sure your antivirus program is not blocking the internet connection.
If you are trying to connect through a modem/router you it should have come with a disk then
you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then

The driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider

you will see all of your internet connection details type in your default gateway adress into your internet search should read something like 10.0.0.138

Same problem for me too

Drivers should be available from Acer. You have to get drivers for the appropriate version of Windows you are using. If you are using a later version of windows than what the machine was shipped with, there may possibly be no drivers for the new OS.

Web camera is not working

Hi,

Here you go:
  1. Press ‘Alt + F10' to start eRecovery Management.
  2. Enter default password of 6 zero's. Example: 000000
    Select ‘Recovery Actions' and click ‘Next'
  3. Select ‘Reinstall Applications/drivers' and click ‘Next'
  4. On the left hand side of the newly opened window select the following: Windows XP
    ? Driver
    ?Camera
  5. On the right side of the same window, click ‘Install Camera Driver Now'
  6. The unit will reboot after the installation is complete.

Re. aspire 1360 wireless problem

hi there,
strange thing happen to me today - 13/04/2008 got a laptop with this same problem .. The ethernet card was showing an exclamation mark(!) over the question mark(?) for an hp f700 laptop .. but this was overcome by installing nvida chipset drivers which contained the network card driver package ....
hence i am thinking along the same lines....
