I need to reset my computer to factory seting,but the program is not respond

Resetting Your Pocket PC Phone

You can perform a soft reset or a full reset. During a soft reset, the device is restarted and only some data in opened programs may be lost. However, a full reset turns the battery off, returns the device to its original factory settings, and deletes all programs, files, contacts and other information you have saved to the device. Therefore, it is extremely important to back up data to a storage card or your computer on a regular basis in the event that a full reset has to be performed.

To perform a soft reset

If your Pocket PC Phone responds slowly, stops responding, or freezes, you can soft reset it. A soft reset causes the Pocket PC Phone to restart and re-adjust memory allocation. Unsaved data in any opened applications may be lost. Use the stylus to press and hold the Reset button, as shown on the next page.

To perform a full reset

A full device reset clears memory, deletes all data and restores the Pocket PC Phone to its default settings. Programs installed at the factory remain, erasing all data that you have created and programs you have installed. Press and hold the power button, and then use the stylus to press the soft reset button at the same time. Be sure you have backed up all your data in a SD card or on your PC before performing a full reset.

find its menu (you may know batter) go to setings than security than restore factory setings if does'nt solves switch off your cell remove battery and keep remain the situation for 24 hours you may sure get sucsess

Try to run the Touch Screen Test(by going into Diagnostics) this will check that the touch screen is calibrated and accurate. If it still doesnt work then go to Initialize GPS this will Reset the unit and will reacquire the satellite signal.

Note: Previously saved satellite data will be reset and reacquiring the satellite signal may take 15 minutes or more.

you may have spyware or virus present on your computer, or your computer doesn't have enough memory to run programs also adjust your Browser settings to default and check your network setings are correct in control panel.

enter in setings->restore factory setings->tipe the password and then click ok->the phone will be reseted on setings.Thanks

you need to send new internet settings to your phone. reseting your phone removed the original setings. if it doesnt work, master reset your phone (deep reset) then send new setings to your phone again

KIng LeO>> Try re-calibrating the screen, settings>screen> then select "Align Screen". If after you do that, it still doesn't work, try a factory reset.

Save the backup to your memory card, or back it up and copy it to your computer, the do the Factory Reset. You can then reinstall PIM Backup after the reset and use it to restore most of the stuff on your phone (contacts, call logs, text messages, etc.)

Factory Reset instructions:

•Hold down both soft keys (both above the send and end key's) and use the stylus to push the reset button in between the volume key and micro sd slot. Then the screen will turn on and tell you something to the extent of press "Send" to perform a factory reset. Hit send, and your good to go.
