F20 is a communication error between the display control board and the relay control board. Pull the oven forward and remove the back panel. Check the wire connections between the display board and the relay board. If the connections check good, replace the display control board

Well I found three all same series... If it's occasional I'd leave it 'till was always on? Anyway ..... F2 - E0 Shorted keypad Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock (ERC) OR.... F2 Oven temperature sensor shorted Replace oven temperature sensor OR
F2
Temperature runaway detected (Bake/Broil: 600 - 700 F; Clean: 930 - 1000 degrees F). Sounds alarm and resets to non-cook mode. Check relay board for stuck contacts. Check oven temperature sensor for normal room temperature resistance (1085-1097 ohms at 75 degrees F). Check sensor wiring connectors for a loose or high resistance connection. Check electronic range control (also called clock or ERC) functions
Replace relay board if necessary. Replace oven temperature sensor if other components check normal. If failure repeats, replace electronic range control (also called clock or ERC)

F2 on most jenn-air ranges/wall ovens indicates a fault in the oven sensor or relay board. I'd first check the sensor, (part # 12001655) it should ohm out at approx. 1100ohm @ room temp. If it is OK, it's probably a faulty "broil" relay and suggest replacing the power relay board.
The board (usually seperate from the clock and just behind it), on earlier model jenn-air/magic chef/norge/maytag etc. where known to burn up. part # VO4100260. double check those numbers with your model number at your local parts depot or service provider, those are just the most common for maytag built units.
F2 error code means that the oven temperature is too hot. You will have to replace relay board if faulty. Check and replace oven temperature sensor (RTD). If failure repeats, replace ERC (electronic range control or clock). For replacement part you may contact Sears at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central.
