Motorola Cliq Unlocking Instructions

Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Cliq mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Cliq mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.

It seems your Motorola Cliq XT MB501 Unlock Code is not correct and I think your phone right now in deep unlocked state. To solve this you can contact to T-Mobile to get that Motorola Unlock Code, since you bought that phone from thrid party (Amazon) it will be difficult to get unlock code from T-Mobile, but you can try that. Hi, well hopefully it will NOT be anything too serious. Now first remove the battery, wait a minute, and replace the battery. Now see if it "Boots up" OK, if NOT, then even though you recharged maybe the battery had a fault, you must in this case obtain a new freshly charged battery, and try that one
try a hard Reset, see below... This will erase all data BUT it may get your phone back.
