I open the web "www.ulnokia.com" taking them at face value that it was a "free unlock mobile service". They took me from page to page saying I just had to respond yes by SMS (on the mobile I was using) and After >1 Hr "No Code" but only ~ US$30 taken out of my mobile account. I later tried to reason with them on the phones they had provided by SMS: 19900100 (some subscriber service) This charges you everytime you SMS or they SMS ~$5/msg??; 1300792486 (so called customer service?) Never responds but charges for every SMS u send or receive like the first one!!. 1990002 (i dont know what this was but certainly charged me money too!).
In conclusion be careful in my opinion these are web thieves!!...Try to find the source of their website (apparently USA??), try to contact them...by Phone (only SMS $5/msg allowed, no email??). You decide if dont believe me try their website and follow through!!!...Hopefully one of you is an audit Officer!!!
If your phone not responding, I think you should reset your phone. But before you do this, make sure you have put off your SIM and memory card from the phone, and make a back up of your data. There are three steps of resetting the phone : Nokia E75 Soft Reset:
This option restores the .ini files from the ROM.
Does not erase data (photos, videos, documents) nor applications from a
third party. Key Code *#7780# (click this combination of keys on the
keyboard in the mobile) Nokia E75 Hard Reset:
This option restores the original operating system from the ROM.
Formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory card.
Key Code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard in the
mobile)
You can also achieve Total Reset by pressing and holding down
following keys: * + 3 + Green Button (call) immediately after turning
the mobile on.
Note: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

I installed Kasperky antivirus software which my phone is not compatible for this software therefore when an incoming sms was received it would scan the sms & in doing so automatically power off/ on my phone. I uninstalled the antivirus software & it solved the problem
