The only adjustment you can make is to crank your water pressure up...
But that probably will not solve your problem...
The best thing to do is to call the 800 number on the top of the tank and get technical assistance from them directly... they also will send you free parts if you need parts...

You could have two problems that could cause low pressure in your tank.
1/ the flush valve can be defective, cause by old o rings which doesnt hold the air pressure in the tank
2/ the tank may have a crack or small pin hole in which air escape and you lose the pressure to flush
check to see if you have water within the porcelain tank this is a sure sign of a leak
