Verify that your GPS device does not require a specific mapping program to work properly. Some GPS receivers can be used only with specific software ... msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa562185.aspx

Do you have the CD that came with the GPS? if so, does it list 1 model or two? If two, reformat a 1GB card (unit can not read anything higher than 1 GB) and open the USA folder on the CD and copy the 1 file and the 1 folder in the USA folder to the SD card. You must copy the file and folder over to the SD card and not the folder that is holding these two item, if so it will not fix the problem.

hi i bought a gps system from china and i need navione.exe file to fix it as ive lost gps page

start the gps then try resetting it..insert a paper clip in the small hole on the side.

My 4300b have only Navigate, Settings and Bluetooth buttons.
I modify IGOPATH.TXT file located in \FlashDisk folder on 4300b :

Verify to have PhotoViewer, XPlayer, Player exe in \Windows folder.

The exe filoe is eiter not there or its corrupted
try reloading the maps or return it for repair

By MS Active sync from computer delete file Mounted Volume/my flash/sony/nav-u.exe (the folder SONY is hidden, you must set show hidden files in your comuter first). And then replace old navi file by exe file of total commander CE version ( download is free on site of developer) .You must rename the totalcmd.exe to nav-u.exe. Now after reboot is allowed everything, including executing any other navi software like tomtom, igo, navigon and many other (multimedia players). The oficial navi (old navigon) by sony is not so good in compare with new navi soft. .. enjoy.
