Dell has BIOS master password generation programs all over the web the should be something like Latitude.exe or Latitude_MasterPW.exe but these is one for each type of serial number. If your serial ends in 595B then you have to download the ones for that and so on. Good luck.

Sorry to know that bios password is lost,unfortunately Bios password can be reset only by service center for Dell.As the bios chip are different in desktop then laptop.
Please take it to Dell repair center.

SOURCE: i forgot my bios password
Disconnect the battery, unplug it, then open it up. There should be a small round battery called the CMOS battery somewhere in there. Pull that out. Then plug your computer in and boot it up without the CMOS battery. It should say password disabled. Turn it off, disconnect it, put it back together, and you're good to go.
