We bought samsung LCD 26 inch last july,in august 2010 suddenly our LCD off,engineers said your panel and Ip circuit is not working..so only option is left buy new one or repair the LCD.What should we do?.

All days and months re-occur and repeat.

Had the same issue, your circuit board is dying. You will need to get it replaced it should be aroudn $150. Check angieslist for a reptuable tech.

You have intermitant problems which may be caused by contact resistance or circuit overheating.After it cooled down the tv starts again. Leave TV on standby at all times.

depends what country you are in,if in the UK, then you have the sale of goods act.(suitable for the purpose,regardless of time warranty)why dont you email samsung uk.i am sure they would not like a stressed out housePERSON.lol.

go to control panel then power option then change setting to TURN OF DISPLAY "NEVER"

It is probably a bad power supply board and yes I have had to replace this board on new machines before. You need to call 1-800-samsung and set up a warranty service call.

I had exactly the same problem with my LE40B550 which I bought in July. I phoned the place I bought it online (eBuyer) and they put me in contact with a Samsung repair centre who fixed it under warranty. It took them 2½ weeks to fix it and get it back to me. The note that came back with the TV said they had replaced the IP board. I think the part number was H40F1 9HS.
The repair centre paid less than £50 for the board (it shows on the returns paperwork).

If you only bought yours in August, and haven't had it fixed yet, I suggest you just get in contact with whoever you bought it from and get it done under warranty.

I would take advantage of the warranty before it runs out.  These things can be expensive to fix out of warranty.

if your tv is on warranty take it back to the agent who you buy it from.if it is out of warranty have a tech look at it for repairs.goodluck.
