Not sure how kickstarting on or off the stand can make a difference and it shouldn't have jammed either way. My motorcycling years were pre-electric start and it was considered very bad practice, reserved for Lambrettas and Vespas, to start the engine on the stand and has been the cause of many accidents and near-misses. Lots of bikes in those days had the centre stands removed and relied on the propstand.
It wasn't until the invasion of Japanese bikes with their dreaded opposite pedals that on-stand starting became common resulting in many damaged stands.
Assuming the battery is in good order it would seem the height of coincidence when two unconnected starting systems would both jam or stop working at the same time, clearly indicating something else is wrong.
I suggest you take the bike off the stand and select a high gear. Pushing the bike forward should turn the engine in normal direction. If the engine will turn as normal, the height of coincidence has happened but if it won't turn it indicates a more serious problem with engine, primary drive or transmission. If it is possible to push the bike with the clutch engaged it would tend to eliminate the transmission.
You're going to have to get a second opinion by someone in person. There is nothing you can do online. If the collision managed to jam something into the front of the timing cover or lock up the crankshaft, I guess its possible. But highly unlikely.
L4 is a motor lock if you hold down the start key it should give you a sub code 01 main motor, 11, Shift motor, Make sure all jams are cleared out of machine a jam in the fuser/heater section will cause a moter lock to clear code press key #/P-asterisk(*)-clear key(C) asterisk(*) machine will ask you to enter simulation enter (14) on 10 key pad press start,machine will reset or you may need to press CA key to make it reset. If problem comes back you will need to place a service call.
Sorry to say it is not a locked position. Somehow they got pushed down by accident, and either the levers got bent or the plastic keys got broken. You may need to take it to a repair shop.
yes its possible. Please remove the internal battery once and then put it inside after few minutes. This will reset the date time. while you switch it on once again. it will prompt you to enter new date and time.

Keep entering any pin and when the phone asks for the PUK number enter it to reset it. The PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) is on the plastic card where your sim was attached.
