I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 laptop and it has spy-ware or something that has disabled my LAN, system restore, my anti-virus and any anti-virus/spyware removers that ive downloaded.(it won't let me install them or run ones that ive downloaded on my desktop and transferred over) Ive heard that its possible to restore the laptop to its factory state but wont that also erase the operating system? I don't care about any files, i have what i need on a disk. Is there any way to restore this thing without erasing or having to reinstall WIndows? I might have a restore disk but im not sure.
Thank you for any help!!
