Simply reset your phone or have it flashed. Also make sure your phone is free from virus( that happens mostly if you do connect to PC or you frequently receive files over bluetooth) let me know what happens next

hold * and # and Power On when the phone is off..do this two times if first time not solves the problem. If you still have the problem it means the soft is broken and must be implemented again
Hello, your firmware became corrupt. You need to go to a service center and have the device flashed. It should take only 15 min to flash and should be covered under warranty by the provider or manufacture. If you have no service center near by or its not covered under warranty for whatever reason, check my profile and im sure we can help you.
