Died unit just bought and died

Did you charge it and if you did you do by instructions on how to charge with usb cable
electronic devices freshly bought need a battery charge before anything can be put into it or used this is a manufacture feature to keep batterys from exploding in trucks when being hauld to there destinations some trucks arent air conditioned heat expands the batterys so remember to charge battery before use
