My GE Bottom Freezer Refrigerator Model:PFS22SBSSS The Refrigerator is not cooling, however the Freezer is mantianing proper temprature at 0 degrees. The temp on the fridge is reading 60 degrees on the inside digital display. I also noticed ever since the fridge portion stopped cooling there's no heat disapating from the top or sides of the fridge like it used to do. Has anyone see this problem?

Your problem is almost surely caused by the failure of the fan that should circulate cooled air from the freezer section to the refrigerator. If you check for vents, normally in the rear of the fridge, and hold your fingers in front of them while you hear the compressor running, you should easily feel cold air coming from them if the fan is running.
To determine whether you want to have it serviced or replace the fan yourself, try entering your model number on the Sears PartsDirect website to see if your unit is one of thousands of non-Sears appliances in their library. If they do, then you will find an illustrated parts drawing with part numbers.

I am assuming its the Temperature Sensor (Thermosit or something like that) and its $10. Someone on here said they got the part for half off and labor was $147. Here in FLorida everything is double.

GE French Door 22 cu ft (PFSW2MIXSS). Loud buzzing from behind the freezer. Ceased cooling.

The model number you post appears to be incorrect.
The buzzing was from the evaporator fan blade hitting on some ice build up. Getting to it on a bottom freezer refrig is a bit of a pain in the back side. If your model has a pull out freezer drawer, that has to be removed, the icemaker removed, one side of the drawer supports from the freezer wall, all to allow you to remove the back wall of the freezer to get to the fan. You may be able to just thaw out the fan and surrounding area then which will get your refrig cooling again, if the ice was just around the fan area. On the pain in the but repair scale of 1 - 10, this one rates at least a 7.

Hissing sound and constantly running generator

The only thing I can think of that you may be hearing would be if the compressor has a problem. If you notice cooling performance decrease or it stops cooling, I believe you will find the compressor has bad internal valves. It will probably take a technician to properly diagnose this and if the compressor has this problem the only answer is to replace the compressor.
I hope this helps, supertechks
