Your problem is almost surely caused by the failure of the fan that should circulate cooled air from the freezer section to the refrigerator.
If you check for vents, normally in the rear of the fridge, and hold your fingers in front of them while you hear the compressor running, you should easily feel cold air coming from them if the fan is running.
To determine whether you want to have it serviced or replace the fan yourself, try entering your model number on the Sears PartsDirect website to see if your unit is one of thousands of non-Sears appliances in their library.
If they do, then you will find an illustrated parts drawing with part numbers.

I am assuming its the Temperature Sensor (Thermosit or something like that) and its $10. Someone on here said they got the part for half off and labor was $147. Here in FLorida everything is double.
