Hi all, I'm looking for a flight application for my new Iphone. What are my options?

First option would be using a MicroSIM card and a MicroSIM adapter. You'd have to insert the MicroSIM from your iPhone into the Nokia using the adapter. Then copy your contacts to the SIM. Then you'd put the microSIM back into the iPhone. Then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Import SIM Contacts.

Download and install Nokia Suite for your PC. After installation, go to "tools" in the top menu and click on "options". The Options window should open up. on the left side select "contacts" and then under "sync with contacts application", select "Windows Contacts". After this click on "ok".

Connect your Nokia to the computer with Nokia Suite still open. Your phone will show up in the application. Move mouse cursor over the contacts square on the left of the application window, and then click "sync". Wait for the sync to finish. Disconnect the Nokia phone.
Download and install iTunes. Connect your iphone. from this application you will be given an option to import contacts from Windows contacts. This should give you all the contacts.

Use FaceTime Between an iPod 4 and an iPhone 4

This feature allows fourth-generation iPhone and fourth-generation iPod touch users to make video calls with one another when they're connected to a Wi-Fi Internet connection, improving our ability to stay connected to one another and bringing us one step closer to "the future" in the process.
Tap the Contacts application icon, followed by the plus icon in the upper right corner of the application window to make a new contact.
Type the first and last name of the contact you wish to have a FaceTime call with in the spaces provided.
If the contact uses an iPhone, enter the phone number of the contact in the space provided.
If the contact uses an iPod touch, enter the email address of the contact in the space provided. Tap the "Done" button to save the contact.


Tap the "Settings" icon on the iOS device's home screen, followed by the "Wi-Fi" option.
Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to beneath the "Choose a Network" heading.
Enter the network password in the space provided and tap the "Join" button to join the network.


Tap the Contacts application icon, followed by the contact.
Tap the "FaceTime" option to place a FaceTime call to that contact.
So long as the second iOS device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, it will receive the call.

Make sure that your WiFi is not left on all the time and that the signal is strong as weak signal affects the battery. Adjust the screen brightness to low and avoid using the phone for games etc to maximise battery life.

Have you tried to unlock the iPhone? This is a common problem if the iPhone is jailbroken or unlocked.

Kindly try the steps below:

* Go to Settings:General:Reset.

* Click Reset Network Settings

* Enter your passcode if you have created one.

* Click the red button: Reset Network Settings

* The iPhone will take a minute to shut down, then it will reboot.


- If these steps will not work, then follow the steps below:

1. Start with iphone with no service (jailbroken and unlocked)

2. Use iBrickr to load Launchctl GUI (Application -> Browse Application -> Launchctl GUI)

3. Open Launchctl GUI, look for the CommCenter line. If it is red - go to step 5. If it is black - proceed to the next step.

4. Select the CommCenter line, you will see a list of 3 options, select the unload -w, and press ok to confirm, the CommCenter should now be red in the list.

5. Fully restart your iPhone.

6. Open Launchctl GUI, look for the CommCenter line. It should be red if you did the above steps correctly.

7. Select the CommCenter line, you will see a list of 3 options, select the load -w, and press ok to confirm, the CommCenter should now be black in the list.

8. Press the home button. Your phone should now display 'searching' then display your network with full signal.

NOTE: Once your iPhone is working fine, open iBrickr again, go to applications, and delete the Launchctl GUI from your phone by clicking the red (-)minus buttons on the right of the screen.

to use any phone on another network you need an unlock code that only your provider can give you. more than likely your provider will not give you the unlock code since it is an iphone, and that is for an iphone with any version. this is because apple and att are in a contract with eachother and it is designed for atts network and wont work properly on another network. also by using it on another network it can cause the iphone to be suceptible to different viruses and it can crash.

Hi , The solution I given is for unlocked iphone, reset the content will not jail break your iphone. But make sure that when you connect to itunes after reset, select new iphone rather then restoring backup option. I am not so sure about the 3rd party application weather it remains but my feeling is resetting the content shall not disturb any other application, just u can give a try and pls let me know the result , anyways you will be having installer that can reinstall the application back. And dude , there is application which block junk messages, pls find it and install so tht you may not face such scenario. cheers, Ravindra.
