L193ST common problem!! solution is only by replacing 2 capacitors 470uf 25v located on the power supply pcb inside the lcd they are neer the long cable connector
remove the 8 screws from the lcd back panel including the holder screws,
use a thin metal stick like a knife and insert it between the back pannel and the front black panel but slowly remove the black panel not to scratch it
remove the metal protection panel 4 screws
the power pcb becomes visible
remove all connected plugs and the 3 screws
desolder the 2 capacitors and replace them
assemble back your lcd and enjoy
30min time of work
