Hello, good evening, i have a problem with my Xerox Docucolor 12, the sensor (I think is the sensor) that is inserted to the ink waste container has carbonized tonner all around him and it seems to be stuck cus it does not spins any more, one of the gears in the back (the one that spins the sensor) is broken, so i need to find the the replacement parts for this problem, any one has an idea where i can download the service manual that includes the part list and schematics?, or is there any other idea you can sugest to me?

Service-Manual.net is usually a good place to find manuals for sale, but it appears they do not your your manual.

Im willing to pay for the service manual, but i cant seem to find a place where they can sell it to me, specialy if i can download it,all that i need from the service manual is the part no. so i can re-order and replace the damaged parts. Do you hapen to know a website?
I did try to contact them, wich will be the most logical thing to do, but didnt get any support, thats why im trying out this web site to see if i can get usefull solutions.

Yep i try that, but they dont have it, do you know the part im talking abaout?, its kind of a stick that goes in to the waste container (the large one) and spins inside of it, im guessing its kind of a sensor that tels when the container is full.
