Hi - I also lost same back cover(ccabbb693we01) during cleanup. Let me know or I will let you know if we find it. I just ordered one on special order,but they cannot assure me to get it.
Not long ago,I ordered at two different place on special order but I was told after close two months (part not availlable).
Today,poor service is not surprising from manufactures when finding parts.Waiting two months to know if is is availlable is ridiculous

The back cover is located on the back of the printer at the bottom. You can find it by looking for two tabs on the right and left that if pushed will allow you to open a paper guide that has two white wheels on it. Open this guide and then close it again so that the system understands that it is closed. That should solve your problem.

The two covers on top are just not aligned properly. Open both top covers (one opens to the right one to the left). Close the cover that opens toward the right 1st (you should hear it click into place) then close the second cover. Press "ok" should be good to go.

the top cover that opens to the left normally has a small piece of plastic that slots into a sensor toward the back of the adf. this small piece has broken off so the machine thinks the adf is open. an engineer would need to replace the door for you.

Five months ago ... it may still be in warranty. If so .. take it back ... dont open it up ... you will jeopardze your warranty standing.

Do you ever open the door while the machine is running? If you do ... the door satery interlock switches may have failed. If there is no warranty issue, you may want to remove the cabinet and check these little switches.

What happens is this ... when you close the door, the switches report to the oven that the door is closed and it is OK to turn on the heat. If the switches are burned, the contacts don't close and the oven thinks the door is open and will not turn on the heat.

try to reseat the ink cartridge, that means take it out, re insert the same cartridge if it is with ion 6 months, if more than 6 months, replace it w/ brand new, the ink might dried up already.

follow this:
Press the Setup button and select Ink Cartridge by pressing the / button, then press the OK button. Confirm the messages on the LCD panel and press the OK button to start the ink cartridge replacement.The ink cartridges move to the replacement position.
Make sure that the document cover is closed, and then open the scanner unit.
Open the cartridge cover. Pinch the sides of the ink cartridge . Lift the cartridge out
put it back in the printer.
Close the scanner unit, then press the OK button.

then print a nozzle check

Nothing to worry, Open your laptop from the back side.Remove the RAM  and reinsert it.

Your system will work fine.

Maybe there is broken at the back cover try to check again the back cover,inspect the cover very well .

Resetting the All-in-One

• Press the On () button to turn off the unit.
• Disconnect the power cord from the back of the unit.
• Connect the power cord to the back of the unit.
• Press the On () button to turn on the unit.
