My Ipod has been frozen all day - it is stuck on the "Do Not Disconnect Screen" - I can't even get the computer to recognize it now (so I can't eject it). All I want to do is reset it but neither Itunes or my computer will recognize it.

OK what you need to do is reset it. To do this you will need to hold down the menu and select buttons simultaneously for approx 6 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen. This should reset and un freeze your ipod.

Please wait for your ipod to discharge all the power it has.it might even take 2-3 days to discharge the power Then after the ipod is completely empty (which means its off and needs to be charged) you can connect it to your computer. Please make sure your computer is scanned from viruses. You can also scan your ipod from viruses. Never unplug your ipod before it completes synchronizing. You dont need to worry! its normal for ipods to behave that ways :)
i want to change the list of songs i have in my ipod nano but how come the old once doesn't appear anymore but can't store new ones.. Keep on saying "not enough memory...
need your help...
thanks..
First make sure your hold switch isn't on. It's on the top or bottom and slides
back and forth. It needs to be switched to the left. Once it is to the
left, here's how you reset:
You can reset your ipod by holding down the menu and select (round
button in the center) buttons down for at least 10 seconds. You'll see
an apple logo flash, that's when you stop pressing the buttons. It will
shut off, then back on.
hi there did you try to reset the iPod by holding the MENU and center button?
to do that first lock the itune then press and Hold MENU and Center Button by 7sec. then apple loge appears means the ipod had been reset. ok!
