Broken door... Hi All, Bought this "Oster" 12-Bottle Wine Cellar (OW0912H6H) in February at Best-to-By got the unit shipped overseas (as we moved to Venezuela). When it arrived a week ago we found the front door was so damaged (the upper and lower door hinge) so the unit cannot be used. I been searching the web and no-where can spares be found.  Understand on others that the unit is not made by Oster, but anyone know who is the actual manufacture? Steen

We bought a microwave by Oster from Best Buy November 2008.  It stopped working completely in January (past the 30 days to return it to BestBuy, of course).  Osterliving.com does  not seem to work when I try to find out about the warranty.  Seems to be a recurring problem with Oster products?  How frustrating!!  Would probably cost more to get repaired than to just buy a new one.

I purchased a small Oster Refriderator from Best Buy on August 26, 2008. Model numberOR4505G3B. It stopped working the end of October 2008. We called Best Buy and they said that we had to send it to Canada to be repaired. Being that I only paid $106.49 for it and it would have cost me almost $200.00 to return to Canada I Had a refridgerator man look at it and he told me the compressor was broken and not working. Now I know why people do not put address of the company to write to about a shody product. I threw the Refridgerator away in the garbage dump. My experience with Best Buy and Oster Products was a BAD experience. I just want everyone to be aware of what some companies do to their customers.
