Something is overloading the power supply or you have a cold solder joint some where on the circut board.
If you are a tec. look for over heated marks on the board.
hope this helps

I've found that excessive water pressure in the pipes can cause vibration and phantom sounds coming from the plumbing. If water pressure seems to be excessive, adjusting down the main supply line can be a easy as turning as turning the main valve a few degrees in either direction.

Soyo Tv keeps on turning self off.

Call your manufacturer if you are still under man. war. they can replace/repair the unit for you if not they can give you some referrals. Sounds like your powerboard is going to go out on the unit.

I have a 37" Polaroid tv. About 2 months ago when turning on the tv there would be a humming noise for about 15 mins, now the tv won't come on at all. I've trie d replacing the fuse but it continues to...

The humming noise is produce when the power supply is trying to compensate the other circuitry's demand for proper power getting to them. The problem is that the capacitors have lost their dielectric capabilities and are not able to filter and provide a clean power in a timely manner.

Tv turning its self up?

is it showing it turn its self up on the tv by the bars or is the sound just getting louder by itself

is your remote a learning remote and does your tv have a preset volume that when turned on its to goto

if showing by bars one of the buttons on your remote is stuck or needs cleaning and
quite possibly getting an outside frequency thats interfering with your remote frequency

but if no bars are showing the service provider company i noticed my self there tv programs are flauxing in sound for some reason this to me gets annoying

TV just turns off

Most common reason for this problem is dry joints, ie cold/bad solder joints.
