Open Heat Errors on the Samsung 4200 are caused by an interuption in powerflow thru the fuser unit. This is caused by one of two things. 1) The Power supply board is not putting out enough power to the fuser unit. 2) The fuser unit has a bad heat bulb or thermister. You can not really check these effectivly without having either replacements on hand or the full tech sheets and a multimeter. I am sorry to say buying a new printer or a replacement fuser unit will be your best bet.

1. Defective ribbon cable
2. Defective scanner motor
3. Defective scanner lamp
or
ribbon cable is unplugged - open rear cover to chek this! For 1,2 and 3 - visit Samsung service Good luck!

problem is your heater unit turn off machine and turn on again after 5 minute.
some time it was solve. didnt solve it you have to replace thermister
unfortunately this indicate drop wire from heating elelment, return it to place of purchase or find warranty service centre close to your location, albeit i suspect your surname is indian, i do not know your location and cannot therefore send you to closest to you service centre.

this is a fuser problem. Maybe lamp is broken or heat sensor didnt work properly.
You can fix it whit repalcing fuser module or replacing broken parts (cheaper way).
Just visit authorized service - my advice!
Good Day Sir, Your machine display "open heat error" it means there is a problem in the fuser unit. I suggest unplug the power cord and plug it back again. If the problem persists you must call for service.
open the back cover and you find a two wire connector just near ribbon connector it is thermistor connector the printer is sensing this connector as open or not connected explore and fix.
