Kalyanaramud, Not problem... only poor quality factory soldering of internal electronic components to circuit boards!!!!! 6000 to 10000 "on" / "off" cycles should not cause this problem!!! Inspect the units "switch-mode-power-supply / inverter board for the 1 and 1 only bad solder joint, resolder it and unit should function properly. Let me know what you find when you do inspection of unit. Document work with digital pic's of every step. Notify brand name of filter capacitors inside unit on SMPS / inverter board. 12fixlouie
