My son has been playing games on facebook for the last few months fine, now the laptop is asking us to upgrade flash. how do i do it and what version do i need. also is it correct that you cannot get flash on ipad. can you pls help

There are several possibilities this problem depending on what browser you are using. I would suggest updating Adobe Flash to the latest version and restarting your computer. If it still is not working try an alternative browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

Facebook games use Flash so you need to make sure your adobe flash is installed and working go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the latest flash player for your browser that should fix it not working if not you might need to reset your browser settings go to tools then internet options then advanced and it the reset. Make sure you dont reset all your personal settings because that is not needed to fix this problem.
