If you have proof of purchase this should not void any warranty

I want to register my tv

Warranty registration information should be provided with the paperwork that came with your TV. If you have lost that, go to the manufacturer's website and look for a link to warranty information or warranty registration. Some manufacturers do not require registration, however, you must have proof of purchase to retain the warranty from the purchase date rather than the date of manufacture.

How do I start up a basic warenty.

Normally you don't need to do anything... In some rare cases you may need to send in the registration card of the product... But that is almost never necessary, however sometimes manufacturers will give you a little extra warranty time if you do that. Mainly registration cards are used for marketing purposes to send you sales solicitations on other products.
The most important thing is that you keep the receipt of the item... As it proves the date of purchase, which is the beginning date of the warranty. Without the store receipt there is no proof of purchase and the warranty is not going to be honored. Even if you register the project product using the registration card you still need to keep the store receipt as they may ask for it on your first warranty claim.
Even if you register the product using the registration card you still need to keep the store receipt as they may require it on your first warranty claim.
If the registration requires the store receipt, always send a copy and keep the original... Never send the original. Ever.

Where and how do I register my reliance hot water heater

Save receipt for warranty purpose.
Without receipt, the warranty is based on date of manufacture which can be several months, or 1-2-3 years before actual installation.
With reliance, first two digits of serial number are date of manufacture. Second two digits are week of the year.
Registration at following link using serial number located on label on side of tank:

I bought a Toshiba laptop on Fri, 11 march it was only this afternoon i thought about regestering it but was told the reg period had runout what do I do ?

Whoever told you that was pulling your leg. In our company we still register machines that have been omitted from registration 2 years after the purchase date. Machines have at least 3 years guarantee from date of sale and maybe a year's warranty with the place you purchased it from. Have you contacted Toshiba directly?

I have been looking on the websites, but can't find where to put in for the warrenty

Warranty for Kitchenaid appliances is one year from the date of purchase. Their is way to submit "warranty" for it, only registration. Registration is only done for safety purposes - for example, so you may be contacted in the event of a recall on your particular appliance.

Registration may be completed at www.kitchenaid.com, underneath the Customer Care tab in the upper-right hand corner of the main page.

Warranty is best proven with a dated sales receipt. It is recommended you have it kept at all times in case it is requested to verify your date of purchase.

Hi,

These should still be well within warranty.. If you still have proof of purchase that will show the date which should be enough for the shop to honour the warranty.
