The Error code E010 means that there is a drag on the main motor. I would look in the fuser unit & see if the lower fuser roller is damaged or that the cleaning web is wraped around the upper fuser roller. Also try to turn the fuser. You may have a siezed ball bearing. Also, try to remove the drum unit and close the door and see if the code is gone, if so you have a problem with the drum unit, but I would say it is in the fuser unit...... Good Luck

I have canon np 6650 it shown E010. i have try to reset, checking the fuse on the dryer paper please help me

if error E010 occure, it means your Main motor not running,
motor or motor drive board or mother board problem,
if show E010 after running the main motor, check motor driver board or mother board,
but 99.9% case of E010, cause of main motor problem so check the main motor first,

Canon ir400 E0805-0014

Hi
this is not the same sub code but it's a start.
getfile.asp?rid=1258 September 27, 2002 getfile.asp?rid=3215 Product : imageRUNNER 330 / 400 Title : E805-0002 Error Code Error :
E805 with a 0002 Sub Code

Workaround :
This may be caused by a pinched wire that goes to connector J108 B-18 on the DC Controller. The wire was pinched to the frame near the riser to the DADF-A1 exit side hinge. Inspect the harness indicated by the arrow in the picture. getfile.asp?rid=4772 Canon USA, Inc. Systems & Technical Support Division

Canon ir 8500

E010 relates to a main motor fault. A specified amount of rotations has not occurred within a set time. Check motor, see if it turns by hand. If not, inspect and/or replace. Check belts and gears for wear/damage, replace as necessary. E065 relates to a primary charging problem. Suspect primary corona arcing, corona wire broken, High-Voltage PSU may be unservicable, black developer unit may be pulling HVT down. How many copies has each machine done? Recommend calling an engineer, parts are probably required.

The problem with this code is in the fuser area. I don't have the specific manual for this model, but here's some information from a Canon IR3250 manual: III . Troubleshooting Malfunctions A. NO: Check the wiring from J222 on the DC controller PCB to the thermistor; if normal, replace the thermistor. Main heater 2) With the fixing assembly removed, is there electrical continuity between connectors J50-3 (FSRN1) and J50-5 (FSRL1) on the fixing assembly side? NO: Replace the main heater. Sub heater 3) With the fixing assembly removed, is there electrical continuity between connectors J50-4 (FSRN2) and J50-5 (FSRL2) on the fixing assembly side? NO: Replace the sub heater.
