No . The brand was a Circuit City brand, both Circuit City and Nexxtech are now bankrupt and the Nexxtech brand is no longer manufactured. There is no factory replacement for the remote, but you may have some luck with code searching on a univeral remote unit.
Check with your local electronics store for a universal remote that you can return if the unit will not control the ESDVD-100.
Also, sometimes you might find a used controller at a local thrift store.
