The f-01 error code on your hotpoint all in 1 washer/dryer is a short circuit code for the motor. the only way to clear the code is to have a service tech come and inspect the reason for the error.
All the tech sheets i've seen for this item dosn't list a rest button anywhere on the motor. or in the wiring scramatic. sorryAll the tech sheets i've seen for this item dosn't list a rest button anywhere on the motor. or in the wiring scramatic. sorry

F01 is a motor faulty normally caused by the module, but sometimes thewiring to the motor plug that works loose as its to tight, give them alla good wiggle make sure there all in! check this link for other error codes of hotpoint machines http://www.hotpointservice.co.uk/hs/pages/content.do?keys=FAQ:ERROR_CODES
Hotpoint’s are designed to go into test mode when the start button and
the on/off button are pressed at the same time. If you are stuck in
Test mode, simply hold the start button down until it comes out of test
mode, then hold both the start buttons and the on/off button down until
you see ‘D:end’ (or similar message)."
Is there no way to reset it, maybe a red button hidden near the motor?
Thanks for you very quick reply!!!
