Start with the unit turned off. Now hold the Power button on until it starts to blink zero (0) on the display. Wait until the display shows two zeros. Press and hold the Memory button until a two-digit number starts flashing at the bottom; this is the year setting. Press the Power button repeatedly until the year is correct. Now press the Memory button, and the month will start flashing at the top of the display. Press the Power button repeatedly until the month is correct, then press the Memory button. The day is now flashing. Set it with the Power button, then push Memory. The hour is now flashing, set it with the Power button (note that it is in 24-hour format, so 1 p.m. displays as 13). Press the Memory button to advance to the minutes, then use the Power button to set it. Finally, press the Memory button to turn the unit off. It is now ready for use.

The picture looks very much like the Walgreens brand, which is manufactured by HoMedics. If that is the case, you can access the batteries as follows:
1. The battery cover is located along the bottom side of the monitor. Remove the battery cover by pressing down and pulling away from the monitor.
2. Remove the old batteries and take note of whether they are corroded or not. Install the new batteries according to the polarity indications inside the battery compartment. It will require 2 - AAA Alkaline Batteries..
3. Replace the cover by inserting it back into place.

With the power off press "Digit". Month is blinking press "Set" for correct month. Next press of "Digit" will give you Day, Hour, and then Minutes.

Homedics makes several units that are virtually identical to the Walgreen counterparts. Why not try the Homedics web site? It has a support section. Be sure to list your model number as there are several wrist cuff models. If the web site doesn't help, either call Homedics or try a web search by listing your model number followed by 'manual'. I would have tried to find the manual for you but I don't know the model number. Good luck.
