Our S-Master 5.1 ch full digital amplifier accepted DVD but would not play it because it said there was no disc. We had to take it appart to get the DVD out & now there is a springy pin in the way that will not allow us to put a DVD in the slot. Please help us. We are on a camping trip in our motor home and need it to work. If it cannot be fixed where do we buy another one because our surround sound is hooked up to it & this is in a specific cabinate next to TV. Our Model # is DAV-C770. Thank you for your help.

To fix it you would need a soldering iron and some solder. Where is your location so I can set you up with a place to buy a new one?
