When i turn the ignition off cutting power to the skyfi3 the internal memory resets and erases everything stored.

Have you ever changed the internal Lithium Battery. Try the reset here, although it is for a different model. The Keyboard was actually made by Casio and sold with the Radio Shack name on it.

REPLACING THE MEMORY BATTERY

Your keyboard uses one lithium battery to protect some types of data when it is turned off. This battery is installed at the factory,
and lasts up to 5 years. If the keyboard's memory is erased when you turn the keyboard off, take the keyboard to your local Radio Shack store to replace the lithium battery.

RESETTING THE KEYBOARD

Note: Resetting the keyboard clears all information you stored in the keyboard's memory, including the parameter settings, song
sequencer, pattern sequencer, and registration memory. Resetting the keyboard's parameter settings clears only those settings from
the keyboard's memory. To reset the keyboard, turn the power off.
Then hold down ENTER. Reset? appears. Press YES.

Turn off the phone.

Note: If the phone is unresponsive and does not turn off, remove the battery and then re-insert it.

Hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power keys simultaneously.

When the Samsung log appears, continue to hold the keys until the master reset menu appears.

Press the Volume Down key to select Delete all user data when the Android master reset menu appears.

Press the Power key to confirm your selection.

Press the Volume Down key to select Yes – delete all user data.

Press the Power key to confirm your selection.

Press the Power key to select reboot system now.

If prompted, enter the password.

Tap OK.
If prompted, enter and confirm the password again.
Tap OK.

Low battery voltage. 11.5V min. For both radio and instrument cluster to cut out like that points to low voltage. Does your clock reset to 12:00 too? A scan readout is needed for assessing your problem. I'm sure there are DTC's stored in your ECU memory.
