There is no such master or slave setting when SATA is used.
it is mainly used to tell the motherboard which one is master or slave when connected with IDE cable (PATA).
you don't need to worry about it as you are using a SATA HD.
the boot disk priority can be set in the BIOS
press del or F2 after you press the power button on CPU. you will be put with the BIOS/CMOS setup. go to boot priority and set accordingly, there is also an option to set the default hard disk in case you have more than one HD.
There is only one jumper for the SP2504C, that to reduce the speed to SATA I, down from the default SATA II. Instructions for setting the jumper are in very tiny print on the HDD label.

another place to look is on the circuit board where the jumpers are connected you'll see : MS, CS, CAB, a space and TXD.
