Sunbeam water cooler SA12587 - no hot water

Like most coolers that have "hot" works of a "preheat" if you are not pumping out anything there is an obstruction that needs to be cleared.

water cooler does not run or dispense water

hot and cold water have a smel, do I have to clean or replace sonthing?

Get in there with a vacuum and clean up the condenser coils then check the compressor relay. If all those are fine bypass the cold control just long enough to see if the water cooler works. Do not leave it bypassed or damage to the reservoir could occur.

i am having the same problem and i lost the model number for it but can you please share the modle number if you have it because i call sunbeam and they need it so they can find it for me! thaky e mail @ [email protected]

I called a bunch of different numbers and finally found the people who can help with this. It's called Elite Group (877-383-6399) - I guess they're the ones licensing the Sunbeam name and making these water coolers. If you call that number with the model number, they'll replace the "top" part of the cooler, which should also have new taps, the lady said. The cost is $13.35

HOW CAN I REPLACE THE PART MINE IS DRIPPING WATER CONSTANTLY.
